BLAX - 2023 CBL Spring Training

The best season of the year is back which means so is spring lacrosse! Repetition is important and you can never spend too much time trying to improve. Centercourt's Spring training program is an eight week course designed to run along side your spring team commitments and continue to give players the opportunity to practice in a well coached environment. The CBL Spring Training Sessions guarantee future success by honing in on fundamentals, stick skills and lacrosse IQ development.

This program is for the beginner to intermediate lacrosse player.

Grades: K - 12th
