Players always ask "How do I get better?" The answer is in this program. This is a skill-based program with the emphasis on improving each player's individual stick work. We will focus on developing core skills and the fundamentals of our sport. Each week, players will be challenged through repetition of stick work and drills that emphasize various skills such as ball control, possession, ball speed, vision, passing, off ball movement and next step thinking.
Open to all athletes (regardless of club affiliation) who are looking to elevate their game in the off season. Experience is encouraged for this level program. U14 age group is just a guide, older players are welcome.
