Witches Softball Performance Training - 18U

Players will work on maintaining their fitness achieved in the winter program. The focus of the spring training will be injury prevention and mobility.

Dates: Sundays, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8 & 5/15

Time:  2:00pm - 3:00pm

Cost: $120 for all 10 sessions

Drop in Cost: $15 per session
