BLAX - CBL Winter Fundamental Training

The CBL Winter Fundamental Training sessions are the first of three programs for our winter clinic series. Locking in on the most important skill sets for lacrosse, our Fundamental training sessions focus on the ground level for a player. Whether a player has been playing for years or just starting out, the Fundamental Training Program best sets up an athlete for future success in all our program throughout the winter offseason. The skills learned here will directly transfer over to help players with drills run in our Winter training clinics and our preseason training clinics.
