Name of Program: Arm Care/Velo Program

This program is for players 12 and up. This is a great preseason build up for pitchers and positions players to get properly prepared for the spring. Workouts are designed to help prepare players on how to take care of their body and arms. We will be focused more on arm speed, arm care, strength/ flexibility, and routines.
