Welcome to Centercourt's Introduction to Flag Football! During this 6 week program, athletes will learn how to throw, catch, run routes, pull flags and all other fundamentals of flag football. Our coaches and trainers are former football athletes who know the game and are excited to teach and watch kids grow in the sport they love. Athletes will also patriciate in friendly scrimmages and games, as well as complete in weekly combine style drills. If your child wants to see if flag football is for them, this is the program for you!

Dates: 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31, 4,/7, 4/14

Time: 7-8pm

Equipment: Shorts/pants, shirt, running shoes (cleats if you have them) and water!
