Dynamic Defense:

You have heard the expression "offense wins games, defense wins championships"!  This program will help build your defensive skills both physically and mentally.  We will highlight footwork and agility to help improve your 1 v 1 skills while also teaching defensive concepts.  Spatial awareness, anticipation and transitioning the ball will all be included in this defensively focused session.  Great for middies, defenders or any player looking to better their game.

Dates: Mondays, 2/12, 2/26, 3/4, 3/11

Times: 7:00-8:00 pm

Grades: 7th-12th grade
