POWER HOUR: stick skills, speed and agility:

This program is geared toward the experienced player who is looking to elevate her game in all aspects, from skill building, creative stickwork, offense & defensive skills and agility.

This is a comprehensive class that will strengthen you as a player both with individual skillset and competitive team concepts. Players will be grouped according to skill levels.

Dates:  Mondays; Session I:  12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/22;  Session II:  1/6,1/13, 1/20, 1/27

Times:  7-8 pm

Grades: 7th-12th

Cost:  $200 per session or $375 for both
