Pre-season BOOT CAMP:

Are you ready to begin your spring season? You will be after these 4 weeks! This class will be divided into 25 minutes of speed and agility and 35 minutes of lacrosse skills combined with those speed and agility techniques. We will aim at getting the athlete faster and more explosive while progressing their skills at game speed.

Dates: Monday; Feb 3, 10, 17, 24

Times: 7-8 pm

Grades: 7th-12th
