Spring POWER HOUR (HS):
Get prepped for your high school seasons with our 4-Week Power Hour! This program will combine stickwork, game situations and conditioning for you to get in some extra reps as you go into the season. Players are grouped by age and experience.
Dates: Tuesdays, Mar 4, 11, 18 and 25
Times: 8-9 pm
Cost: $50 per session or $180 for all four dates
Grades: 9th-12th
