Beginners Program (Ages 9-12) - Fundamentals of Speed and Agility Training (FAST)
The fundamentals of speed and agility training create a solid foundation for young athletes. Classes teach the basics to enhance the quality of movement which reduces the risk of injury while increasing the athletes speed, acceleration and change of direction. Focus on lower level plyometrics and sprint mechanics.

Intermediate Program (Ages 13 and up) - Optimal Performance (OP)
Optimal Performance training is for athletes with a solid athletic foundation. Classes teach the athlete to optimize patterns while conditioning them to perform consistently at their highest level. Focus on complex plyometric sequences, sprint mechanics for time (consistency).
